This chorizo isn’t like anything you can buy in the shops, this is made using our own unique recipe that we have perfected over many months of trail and error.
Our chorizo is handmade using the best locally sourced pork and prepared in our purpose built unit and cured in our speciality fridges.
Available in 60g sliced pack, 200g half stick and 400g full stick, all weights are approximated
